"It was great. However it could use some upgrades. The power box at the bedside did not work, bed mattress had a slight dip, tv could have been smart tv - some low end hotels also have smart tvs. Service was good. "

"We love the Fairmont Lodge in Jasper and have stayed there many times. It is more rustic than the Fairmont in Lake Louise and Banff which we like. The lodge is awesome and there are a broad variety of rook types. There is lots of wildlife in around the property. We highly recommend this Fairmont and are glad it survived the 2024 fire. "
