"Clean room"

"Really have not been enjoying the atmosphere here latley being charged for unknown reasons and called to see why and no one has a clue whats happening or what it is your being charged for."

"I don’t know about the other rooms but the one we in is not what anyone wants to be in is noisy all night service poor staff was ok but poor service houses keeping poor"

"breakfast was a mini buffet was wonderful room was clean and air conditioning was nice staff was nice fridges need to be replaced there very old and don’t keep things cold just more of a chilled temperature"

"Rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel is a comfortable walking distance from everything downtown. Lots of restaurants close by. Staff were lovely. Parking costs were atrocious, however that's a consequence of being in a hotel downtown."

"Some things looked shabby and some hall floors were dirty. In the breakfast room, the floors were not swept daily. The curtains in my room were torn. My little coffee pot didn’t work but I was able to access hot water for my tea from the water dispensers downstairs in the hallway, which was not always easy while I was caring for my grandson."

"The stay was exceptional, everything as usual and as expected. Have stayed before and will stay again. Unfortunately part was under renovations, and few amenities were unavailable..BUT ...they did supply everything in sister hotels, next to their property. All was great"

"Very well located for people travelling to work/going to the legislature area. Rooms are showing their age."
