"This was a basic 60s style single level motel. Very clean and comfortable bedding. Easy chair in my room was heavily stained. Breakfast is minimal, at best. I got a good price so stayed but would not likely stay again."

"Air conditioning unit in the room did not cool. The room was 88 degrees upon our arrival. After turning the air on and dropping it to the lowest 60 degrees and fan on high the room only ever cooled a few degrees during our entire stay. The pool was closed due to claimed maintenance. The sprinkler system supposedly caused the fire alarm to go off around 10:50pm. Everyone had to vacate the property and wait until the fire department cleared the hotel. The property wasn’t cleared until 12:30am ish and even after the property was cleared the hotel did nothing to accommodate the inconvenience. The fire department posted notices on the property to advise others that the fire protection system for the hotel did not work, was inoperable and would need to be replaced and checked by the fire department. I had my minor son with me and having to wake up in the middle of the night in a panic was an inconvenience and major frustration. There was no ETA about when we could occupy the hotel, IF we would even be able to reoccupy. I looked into booking another hotel so I could quickly get my son back in a hotel room and back to sleep. I requested the hotel cancel and prorated my stay but they refused. Again, they did nothing for any of the occupants. The hotel was packed for the 3 days we stayed as everyone was in town for different sporting/school events. We will not be coming back to this property again and would not recommend it to others."
