This BnB was great. It was very clean and comfortable. Bed was comfy and room had a good reading chair. Unit had a good AC. The breakfast was fabulous.

The owners of this and breakfast were so warm and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again. The breakfast was great but the presentation if the food was so enjoyable- the owner put on a little show that was fun to watch I can’t wait to return.

Beautiful looking property. Easy parking. Very clean and comfortable. As well as being very tasty, the proprietors make the breakfasts ‘an event’ - think Great British (Scone) Bake Off with added Matt Lucas. Would highly recommend.

Best B&B in Cape Cod!!

I don't know where to start. Rick and Tom are amazing. They put on a show every morning while serving a delicious breakfast. They are wonderful hosts and you feel like old friends by the time you leave. The rooms are so pretty as is the entire historic house. I hope one day to return, and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

The history of the house and the Captains Row area is great for history buffs. The Inn Keepers have decorated and preserved the home with furniture and decor as I would expect for the period. Hats off to them as a home of this age and size must need constant attention. Close to the beaches and dining in Osterville and Hyannis. The breakfast that is included was simply awesome. 3 courses of appropriate proportions, as a vegan, the two breakfast Chefs (Innkeepers) were beyond accommodating. We were always surprised with some special guest at breakfast that added to overall experience. Our first visit (Memorial Day 2024), will not be out last. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful place to stay on the Cape. Decor is antique - fun to poke around in the living and dining room. Lovely guest rooms. Rick and Tom are not just great hosts (and chefs), but share warmth and personality along with their amazing breakfasts! Centerville is the quintessential Cape village. Walking distance to Craigville Beach. Country penny candy store next door. Will definitely be back!

This lovely historic home is located mid cape. Our room was spacious and extremely comfortable. Breakfast is a treat with a three course exceptional delight. The hosts were terrific suggesting restaurants and points of interest to visit.

You cannot beat the location & charm of this B&B. Walking distance from the 1856 Country Store, Four Seas Ice Cream, Craigville Beach & Long Beach. A truly majestic place!

The hosts/owners, Rick and Tom, were so thoughtful upon arrival and throughout our stay. It felt like we stayed with family, only better. The home is beautifully restored and furnished with local antiques. It was exceptionally clean with a comfortable bed at the end of the day. Lastly, the breakfasts and SCONES were delicious and a truly entertaining experience. Tom and Rick are fantastic hosts and have a real passion for it. We look forward to our next stay when we return.
