"The reason I went was because of the hot tub. When I got there the hot tub was empty. Very disappointed but the staff made up for it! Kudos to Tori, Michelle, Nick, and Tia!!"

"We stayed in a suite. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. No dish soap. Shower water pressure was good. No shampoo. All bottles hard for short person to press down to get soap. No bath towel rods to hang wet towels. Bed was nice. Need maid service every day to give more soap, coffee, General check on ..."
