"My phone number was not set when I arrived. I responded to a request for my number via Expedia. I also call to speak with someone to make sure they had what they needed. I got voice mail and left a detailed message about my arrival and my phone number. When I arrived the lock was not programmed to the last 4 digits of my phone number. I called in, but every time I selected one of the options, the phone disconnected. I continued to call and press different options until one time, someone...

"Quaint Inn- loved clean jacuzzi bath tub. We only found this inn because of Expedia- however- literally 3 times comments made- well because you used Expedia we can’t enter access code for you- so upon arrival had challenges accessing property. Breakfast not included which is odd for a B&B."

"The property is a little dated but we had a great stay. The location is perfect right across from a mall and tons of dining options. We would definitely stay here again."

"The room was very clean and bright. They have great drapes to keep room dark in the morning but unfortunately pillows was not comfortable and kind of thin. Need new pillows to keep thick and not make neck sore. Breakfast was great. Didn’t have problems. They have hot tea and coffee 24/7 everyday"
