"Comfortable bed and convenient location"

"Entire 3rd floor had a horrible smell, had to hold breath from the elevator to my room"

"The staff sucked. There was a problem with a tv in my room and they insisted it was because I didn’t have a wall switch on. Turned out it was the tv. Just lazy staff, didn’t want deal with the issue. They could let keep the water filled in the lobby and the rooms had no glasses or cups for water. Not to mention 0 ice on the floor. But the biggest thing…they make you pay for parking! $15 fee with $1.50 a night. Ye F that. It’s not like this hotel is in the city…it’s on the western side...

"5th year staying at the Magnolia. Room was clean and cleaned daily and they gave me 4 extra pillow. Free water provided at front desk as well as cookies at night. We also got window room. Staff was helpful with any questions and allowed late checkout. This year did not visit bar but sometimes on weekends they have live music. Only wish they had a pool."

"Although the beds were good, staff was friendly, and place was clean this is a bare minimum standard. The hot tub wasn't heated (which was 1 of my 2 criteria for selecting a hotel), the food selection in the shop all needed microwaved but none available, and the pool area didn't have the towels stocked. The previous hotel we stayed at was a third the price and had towels, food, and 2 working hot tubs."

"Wish every hotel I stayed at was this nice. Only negative is the lack of onsite parking, but there is a decent garage not far from the hotel."
