"Website advertised reception open til 7pm, which I liked as I made decision to stop driving to rest on road trip. Reception wasn’t open when arrived at 5.45pm. Called phone no. listed on the entry door. They made plans to collect key at another hotel 3min drive away so that was ok. As it was a last minute decision to stay night as I had been driving all day, I was really disappointed there were no bathrobes as advertised, I had no jarmies or clothes and chose the Hotel over others as it stated it had these. Fyi, There is no parking for the property as it is in city centre. But we parked only a block over which was expected. The style Art Deco is lovely and bed comfy even though i slept in my clothes"
