"What a delightful stay"

"Hot tub was fine however there was construction all along the front of the hotel, there was no Wi-Fi, had to go to the casino side if I wanted to use Wi-Fi the night desk ladies attitude could be a little bit better she could be a little nicer and a little more helpful but the daytime staff was awesome I mean very enthusiastic very nice and love them. In spite of the lack of Wi-Fi it was a nice stay overall, though I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned. "

"The location is good and we have stayed at this property several times when visiting Shreveport. Unfortunately, we will not be staying at this property anymore. The water pressure is terrible (like non-existence from the sink), the bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioner was loud."

"Love the room it was great I loved in the bathroom it was awesome a separate area to put your makeup on with that lighted makeup mirror there nice deep bathtub a door on the actual bathroom part to the toilet so that others could be in the bathroom and getting ready or whatever if you had to use the restroom. I liked it a lot it was very nice. Bally's casino was right next door the staff was great the deli stayed open late . good food ...no complaints at all"

"this is a safe feeling area for the down town location. we loved the furnished kitchen and full refrigerator -and the breakfast was excellent! lots of parking -even for our trailers. "

"I was ready to leave. The air conditioner didnt work. Our room stayed around 75 the whole night. I wet rags and put all over me. To top it off... the suite i booked for my family wasnt held. So my kids were down the hall from me. So on top of a hot miserable night i couldn't sleep due to worrying about my minor kids. I will never visit another one of these properties. "

"The facilities at first appeared maintained until further inspection - The room was actually filthy as it relates to the floors (felt grimy and the stone in the bathroom areas were stained as well), the shower tub combo had broken handles and it looked as though they had been spray painted and the paint was chipping. "Well thanks to Expedia we got the wrong room and could not change because of third party booking. The hot tub wasn’t working which was a big part of our booking because we were traveling a long distance. Water pressure was terrible in sink and shower. The corridor to the room was hot because AC wasn’t working. Many reasons to be cautious next time I’m booking with Expedia and Homewood Suites."
