"The Superior Stay Zagreb was a perfect place for our family of 4 for 3 nights in early July.
The apartment was clean and lots of space for our family. The self check in was easy and the neighbourhood was great. Underground parking closeby and easy to access.

"I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at LOOX Boutique Apartments Gundulićeva. The apartment was clean, quiet, and felt very safe—an ideal base just a short walk from the city centre and close to shops, restaurants, and Zagreb’s main attractions.
The room was exceptionally well-equipped: a comfortable double bed, plenty of power sockets including USB ports, a Smart TV, air conditioning, and a modern kitchenette with a fridge—perfect for keeping drinks cool. There was also a safe for valuables, generous space to move around, and everything felt fresh and new. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like ample towels, toilet paper, shower gel, and hand soap. When I requested more, the response via WhatsApp was prompt and helpful every time. Communication was easy and reassuring—I always knew I could reach out and get a quick, supportive reply.
On the day before my departure, I was kindly offered luggage storage without even needing to ask, which was a huge help as I had a late flight. I chose to store my bags at their other hotel just 10 minutes away, and when I returned, a lovely member of staff assisted me with booking a taxi to the airport. She even invited me to freshen up in their bathroom and help myself to coffee—such a thoughtful gesture.
This was genuinely one of the best places I’ve stayed, and I would absolutely choose LOOX again if I return to Zagreb. Highly recommended."
