"The staff were all great. The housekeeping staff was wonderful. The dining staff at the restaurant were execeptional. The best I have seen. I cannot remember all names, but there was a young African American lady, also a guy by the name Jose, Jessica and Rene Jimenez. "

Toilet was leaking and when we were checking in, another guest forced the receptionist to go into her room and showed her bed bugs on her bed. We walked in our room and walked straight out. We demanded a refund. I wouldn’t stay here even if my life depended on it. "
