The only 2 reasons I gave this hotel 3 stars are because: the BED ruined everything. They have those thin mattresses on a raised metal boxspring. "Expedia presented false advertisement pertaining to this hotel and overcharged me for a room that the hotel didn't offer at all. I paid $200 for a suite with a whirlpool at the bedside, but upon arrival i was told that the hotel had no such room available and I had to settle for a regular King room. "The place was very convenient to all of the places we wanted to visit while staying in Dallas. Plenty of restaurants near the hotel too. We had a fulfilling breakfast to start the day. Even had the chance to use the pool while staying. Only “problem” we had was I tried all the outlets to charge my phone and found out only like 2 actually worked "
