"Our rooms were lovely and very clean. The little touches in the common room were nice and I loved that the property offered water pitchers for the room with filtered water as well as personal ice machines in both of our rooms. We didn’t know that we were able to rent the bicycles our first half of the trip but when we figured it out, we rented them and it made getting to the other locations on the island so much easier! "If you have a relative staying at hopital Enfant Jesus and you don't have transportation available, this is the place to stay. Just across the street from the hospital, lots of food options at a walking distance. You can also have free street parking overnight until 10am during weekdays or during the whole day on Sunday. The hospital parking lot only charges $11/day which is still cheaper than most downtown options."

"First time in Quebec city - loved everything about it. I could not believe that the young women not only carried the heavy suitcases up and down the stairs, but refused a tip as we were leaving. I have never heard of that in my life, anywhere in the world. Very European, totally walkable city. Loved hearing French everywhere."

"This is a great space, very comfortable and large. Communication was quick and easy. We needed an hour extension on checkout and received confirmation quickly. Only thing is the beds were a bit hard, could use a mattress pad. Great walking area, and 20 minute walk to old Quebec so we didn't need to drive to dinner."

"Hidden treasure !! Loved the QUIET..!!, excellent rooms and bathroom, the breakfast is AMAZING....& GREAT COFFEE. Very walk-able within the Old Quebec City...did not need a car for what we wanted to experience. The Promenade, Chateau Frontenac, Citadel, walk top of citadel walls, amazing restaurants which we need to return to try more! Book a private walking tour....early...certainly helps with orientation & history. Hotel des Augustines is ..actually....perfect."

"Facing the st Lawrence River and the Park du Guvernors, stones throw to Chateau Frontenac..who could ask for a better location. Lovely room, bright light from windows, a kitchenette and a sofa made our stay very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned well. Complimentary espresso machine, a wine machine, beautiful spa, and nice roof terrace. Easy walks to anything we wanted to do. This is now my favourite place to stay. "
