Beatrice was lovely and very welcoming the only thing we was a little uncomfortable with was we felt we was living with her as she was next door and her balcony was right next to ours. It was more a guest room than an apartment with her being next to us. We couldn't relax thinking tv might be to loud, or music not that we have it on loud but we was still worried. "We had a fantastic stay at the hotel while visiting with my son. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming, which made such a lovely first impression. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with plenty of well-placed sockets to dry and style my hair — something that makes a real difference and is often overlooked. The tv was well placed and had plenty of streaming choices. There were a few nice touches like complimentary water in the room and in reception and lots of choices of hot drinks. The highlight for us was definitely the breakfast. There was a fantastic choice, everything was fresh and delicious, and the service was outstanding. The staff were attentive, friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay and felt very well looked after throughout. A lovely hotel with excellent facilities, wonderful staff and a fantastic breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!"
