"A good location for exploring the large city of Palermo with its uniquely different quarters. The hotel is in a quiet district and 10-15 min walk to the central area around the cathedral and there are good dining options within 10 minutes walk. The staff were courteous and helpful and even allowed us to check into our rooms 2 hours early. Rooms were simple but clean, spacious and had very comfortable beds and pillows. "Our stay at the property was great! I would like to note that there was a bit of mold in our shower & the shower water leaked out onto the floor in the bathroom. It could’ve been just our room but would’ve been nice to not have that at all. The beach & pool area are great and very well maintained. It makes the location so unique and special. "Beautiful experience from the moment we stepped foot on the property. Grounds were gorgeous and well kept. Pool area was beautiful. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Our kids had the best time and it was overall very relaxing. Rooms were very large in comparison to other hotels in Italy. We will be back. "
