"The beds were clean but the pull out bed had a huge stain on it so that was disgusting. There were no sheets for the pull out bed. Breakfast didnt look appealing. The country gravy wasnt cooked right. I don’t understand why we have to pay for a wristband to use the waterslide. Other hotels have slides and its always included. Plus the hot tubs were empty and out of service."

"Both room AC were out - the main entry area smelled like spoiled milk covered up with bad perfume - the room outlets were dead and the electrical wiring in the rooms was questionable as to being legal - the toilet was round and had a very large oval seat on it, stuck out beyond the bowl by 3-4 inches - the wall AC was extremely loud - this was the WORST hotel we have ever stayed at The staff were corgel and moved us into different rooms"

"I really wanted to enjoy the time here. But this property was not well maintained. The room was really dirty. There was hair and garbage in a corner of the bathroom. The shower head looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. You get 4 waterpark towels that are paper thin. First night was constant loud banging and stomping for hours well into midnight. The icing on the cake was the 2 staples my 6yo had to have put in his head during an ER visit after slipping and falling hitting his head on one...

"Positives: the AC was crisp and cold, the staff was very helpful, the elevated surfaces (table top, sink, etc) were clean. The shower’s water pressure was great and I felt safe in the hotel. Needs improvement: The floor was not very clean. When I accidentally dropped something, I noticed a lot of pet hair on the carpet. There were stains and burns as well. It felt fine for a solo adult traveler without animal hair allergies, but I’d not want a smaller kid crawling on the carpet. That being...
