"Wonderful stay! Everything was spectacular!… Except for the only thing I will complain about which was the room service. The room service wasn’t daily. I had to call to get fresh towels and soap, but other than that, it was an amazing experience."

Waterfront Cebu City Hotel & Casino

Waterfront Cebu City Hotel & Casino

8/10 Good
"This is one of my favorite hotels. We stay here everytime we visit Cebu because it’s centrally located and close to shopping and entertainment. But since it opened I don’t think there were any renovations/refurnishing done to the hotel rooms, lobby furniture, and pool area. Although the rooms are kept clean and the huge lobby, you can tell it’s aged and needs an upgrade. I hope management will do this and make it a priority. The concrete steps near the pool area poses a hazard. I stubbed my toe on those rough floors. Btw, the garden area and pavilion by the pool could be fixed and could be a great place to hold outdoor/garden weddings. So much potential if this hotel is getting upgrades and maintenance. Fabulous staff all around."
