Hotel limpo os funcionários e a proprietária foram muito simpáticos atenderam muito bem. Hotel rústico e aconchegante, ar quente funcionando perfeitamente. Fica apenas uma sugestão trocar a cabeça ou espalhador do chuveiro, aspecto ruim ferrugem sendo a causa provável da baixa pressão.

Bolor no banheiro.

Não foi legal! Pelas fotos o quarto era outro, mas na estadia ficamos em um quarto bem velho e com manutenção ruim. Tinha bolor no banheiro inteiro, desde a privada até no chuveiro. A equipe de atendimento foi atenciosa, mas a limpeza pecou demais.

Hotel que atende muito bem suas necessidades, bons quartos, chuveiro, cafe da manha, estacionamento, localização. Atendimento sempre prestativo por todos os funcionários. Ambiente bem acolhedor, principalmente pela atenção prestada pelos funcionários que apesar de jovens foram super solícitos cordiais. A localização é excelente. Só deixou a desejar com relação à limpeza de algumas áreas, por exemplo a sala de jogos. No mais foi muito bom.

Quarto espacoso e equipe prestativa.

Hotel bem localizado no centro de Farroupilha. Vários restaurantes bem avaliados a uma caminhada de distância (apesar das ladeiras). Quarto bem espaçoso (2 ambientes) e ducha bem forte com água bem quente. Todavia a cama de casal se mostrou pequena para eu e minha esposa dormirmos com conforto (tive que pular para a cama de solteiro) e existe um degrau de 20 a 30 cm entre o quarto e o banheiro, que criava uma oportunidade de acidente a cada visita ao banheiro.

Havia vários utensílios quebrados no quarto. A pia do banheiro estava vazando, a cama possuía dois colchões velhos para parecer mais alta... o piso ddo banheiro eh escorregadio e o Wifi não funcionou.

Boa estadia

Ocorreu um pequeno acidente (caiu parte do forro) no quarto quando fomos ocupar, mas isso foi rapidamente corrigido pela equipe do hotel. Ambiente familiar, muito confortável, bem localizado e bom café da manhã. Recomendamos.
