"Property is not like the picture. It's smelly and old, un-maintained. Front desk lady hardly speaks English. We had bugs in our room. Breakfast was runny scrambled eggs, under-cooked mystery meat and potatoes. Stayed 2 nights - really wanted to cancel second night but would have lost our money. Just a regrettable experience. The property needs so much work...some cleaning wouldn't hurt. Carpets were stained and smelly...really bothered my breathing. All I can say is find somewhere else to stay....

"Everything from checkin to the actual stay to checkout was very smooth! Staff was super helpful over Expedia messages, with a response time of around 1 hour (for non-urgent inquiries). The place was in great condition and super convenient!"

"The cozy cabin we were in was a decent size, but it could use some new bedding and towels. The bed was also hard as a rock. The bathroom was adequate, but very worn, and no place to put any toiletries, it was a pedestal sink. Kitchen was nice and well stocked. We paid 1,100 for 3 days and for what we got that was very expensive. It was a single room with the bed, kitchen, table and couch all in one."

"Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Delicious warm breakfast; limited seating by 8:30am but there is some extra seating by the fireplace. Warm pool but no hot tub. Close to Charlottetown but easy access beyond the City. Would definitely stay again , if we ever return to beautiful PEI!"

"We enjoyed our stay, everyone there is so helpful and friendly. Also we were bringing our german shepherd dog to the Animal Hospital at the University in PEI for allergy testing. The hotel is pet friendly and only 7 minutes from the University, Lots of places to eat that are close and the hotel has a great breakfast the is included with the room. The rooms are clean, comfortable and hairdryer is provided. This was our second stay here and we recommend. Everything was great!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Pines Motel in Cottage #6. It was exactly what we were looking for and made a great home base for exploring PEI. The location was perfect, with easy access to everywhere we wanted to visit, and the beautiful view and quiet surroundings made it even more enjoyable. The cottages are a little dated, but that's part of their charm. They have that classic cottage feel that we really appreciated. The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning worked exceptionally...
