"When arrived to the room we had to call the housekeeper to clean the floor (very dirty). The TV server (Enseon) or something like that (never heard about it) malfunctioning, getting frozen at times. Several restaurants closed (maybe due to low season). The flouting tube did not have proper air pressure. Valet parking (50 dollars by night) with no roof, so your car is not protected). Regular parking is 30 dollars with very bad illumination. The staff were great."

"We had a wonderful stay at this Hotel Solaya! The staff were absolutely incredible, friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their exceptional service really made our experience special. The pool was beautiful and extremely well kept, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The hotel is also in a very convenient location, which made getting around easy. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!"
