"Staff are rude and unhelpful we were 20 mins early asked to leave our bags in bag storage and was made to feel like we couldn’t use it we wanted to get straight off and were made to feel like we should have just stood there for 20 mins and not explore
Room was barely clean hair all over the bathroom wrapped around to towel holder didn’t even use the shower as it was that dirty
Only positive was it’s location to train station to get into Venice St Lucia"
