"I’ve been to the Malpensa Moxi and liked it before. I loved the setting of the lobby, bar and restaurants here room design could be improved since they are not very spacious. Maybe a smaller armchair would help. The only thing I didn’t like is that, despite being clean, the bathroom smelled even with the toilet lid closed. Maybe a sewage problem?"

"IH Hotel Ambasciatori is a gem in Milan close to all of the action and sites while being comfortable and clean. It is easily walkable to nearby attractions and dining. The morning breakfast is extensive and delicious. The rooftop bar is a beautiful spot to have a drink and admire the Milan skyline. I would definitely stay there again."

"The property is huge and communal areas are nice and clean. Rooms are worn out, multiple things not working in the bedrooms, when asked to help out- there was this one gentleman who was kind and probably the only handyman for the hotel , who unfortunately couldn’t do a lot to get the Jacuzzi working or even the broken safe. "We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very clean and had an awesome view from our room on the fourth floor. The room also had very good blackout curtains because our room window was next to the hotel sign which stays lit until midnight. The breakfast buffet that was included with our room was excellent! The views from the rooftop bar were incredible, especially at sunset. The only negative observations was that housekeeping did not replace all of our bath towels with new ones after...

"Fantastic location close to Duomo in the centre of Milan. Warm welcome, nice room, complimentary prosecco and snacks for all residents 18.30 to 20.00. Beautiful breakfast room, with breakfast included. Room had a safe, tea and coffee, snacks, slippers, bath robes and a beautiful piece of chocolate. Late checkout was no problem. Hotels are expensive in Milan, particularly for such a good location and incomparison this was excellent value for money. Highly recommended and I will personally...
