"Our experience at Demeure Flore was exceptional and one of a kind. Fracesco welcomed us warmly and made us the best meal of our trip which we enjoyed in his lovely garden nestled in the French countryside. "A well positioned home from home, close to Carcassonne Medieval City for a fantastic price. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was spotless, quiet and in a great place. Just over the road a street behind the main road is a lovely row of restaurants and bars, very chic. Access to the City is also very accessible, just across the bridge, 10 mins. Perfect 👌. Don't forget your swimmers cos there's also a lovely pool. The car park is secure and gated too."

The only disappointing note was a lack of bar snacks but there is a little shop next door where you can buy nuts and crisps etc.. Situated 5 minutes walk from the ancient Cité and about 20 minutes from the newer town.... Overall quite an enjoyable experience."
