"The reason we booked this apartment was that they advertised baby cots, which I reserved and emailed separately to confirm. When we were arrived they confirmed a cot was set up in the room for us. However, there was no cot and one could not be found in the building. This was extremely inconvenient as we have a small baby with us."

"This is a really lovely place except it is very let down by the tired and rundown condition of the accommodation. The pools and surroundings are beautifully kept. It is a shame that the same level of care is not given to the interiors of the properties. "We arrived very late at night after a long days travelling from the UK. The parking was free and plentiful. The lady on reception was so polite and friendly. The hotel was just what we wanted....a nice, safe, clean, warm place to stay for the night. This ticked all the boxes and was excellent value. The room was small. It had a bed, a tv on the wall and a side unit with plug sockets and lights. The bathroom had a toilet, shower and sink. There were towels and piping hot water, also complimentary toiletries. I can liken the room to a cabin on one of the cross channel ferries. Perfectly adequate for our needs and extremely safe and comfy. Thankyou so much."
