"pool looked very Dirty. A.C wasn't working the room was so hot. we ended up checking out and getting a different hotel. The staff however was externally nice and understanding."

"Beautiful location, did not realize it is in the convention center, so access was different (different elevators for different areas) and gym and sauna are in a different area of the building, never did see them since not by the pool. Parking is for smaller vehicles and pay someone other than the hotel. Walkable location and stunning view of the harbour. "

"Staff was very accommodating! Hot tub could be hotter but was good...pool was lovely. Food is excellent at the adjoining restaurant, Moxie's. Great location. Everything was spotlessly clean. "

"Clean room, central location, beautiful views from our room. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the guests in the next room were extremely noisy our first night playing loud music & yelling until 3 a.m. fortunately they checked out the next day & I was able to use headphones to minimize their noise. Then a couple nights later the hotel was flooded with young people for what appeared to be prom night. They were very noisy in the elevator area that was around the corner from our room. Bad timing I guess. For the amount we paid for 5 nights I think we could have gotten value elsewhere."
