"This is a beautiful, new two-bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking a large city park. The views of the surrounding mountains were beautiful. There is a good pizza restaurant next door, and other good dining options nearby. Very central and great for walking around Boquete. "The property was beautiful and all of the reception staff was amazing. They were the best part!! I really wanted to love this place because it was so beautiful, but too much went wrong. Beware of booking an economy room as that was the excuse for anything wrong. Our first room, 105, had issues. The bathroom was not cleaned as there was a bunch of hair in the sink as well as very moldy caulk and wrappers/debris in the shower. Housekeeping came to clean it up but afterwards the cleaner continually gave us nasty looks every time she saw us. She even walked into our room at 8:30 in the morning without knocking and we had the do not disturb on. On the balcony, the kitchen vent was there and it was loud with an overwhelming food orders. We were moved the next day. Second room was much better on the balcony, but the shower spit water all over the bathroom. The safe would not open and after a day out WITH DO NOT disturb on, there was an opened bag of M&Ms on the shelf. We decided we didn't want to move again so we made good with what we had. The restaurant messed up my dinner one night (avocado salad with chicken.. But no chicken but I just settled, however the salad was salted heavily.. No way to eat that) and the kitchen was closed so I was stuck dipping into my husband's plate and then we had to Uber to the market so I would not be hungry all night. No apology at all. The waiter said.. chicken is extra. Ok, so what I ordered it and it was an add on option."

"Cosmic crab was an amazing place to spend time while visiting Bocas del toro. The place is magical and very colorful. Joan the owner is such an artist 🎨 she painted the whole place with different colors and built her own tables with crab mosaic designs matching her resort, even the planters where mosaic and design by her. Naina's food was absolutely delicious 😋 Junior and Alfredo the bartenders where always aware of our needs, specially at the pool bar. My little bungalow faced the ocean and had a private deck. I totally recommend The Cosmic Crab for a nice relaxing vacation 😎 👌"

"The resort was wonderful! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The jungle lodges had everything you needed, along with the restaurant and small grocery store on the property. The location is top notch, allowing you access to both the beaches and rainforest. Another perk is that the location is close to a couple of other excellent beach restaurants. Most importantly, the massage at the spa was AMAZING!"
