I had to get rid of those cocoons hanging on the ceiling myself. The staff is very nice and accommodating. I forgot to ask her name but the front desk girl helped me a lot. She is very friendly. The security guard was very helpful and nice too. I originally wanted to book the place because of the swimming pool but after looking at the pool...
