This historical hotel has the most accommodating caring staff…which is rare to find these days. Rooms are beautiful and location in downtown Chattanooga is perfect. "The blackout blinds work! I don't use an alarm clock, I wake when the sun comes up. The sun had been up for several hours before I woke because the room was so dark. I was a little nervous about traffic noise because the hotel is very near the interstate. I think I heard one vehicle one time. I would stay at this facility again. "

"The hotel was very clean My only complaints are paying for parking and you couldn't always find a spot near yoir room, the pool area felt like a sana cause there wasn't a way for wind to blow out there. The pool was nice. "

My friends and I were greeted with enthusiasm and provided with guest welcome bags. Also, I've never been in a hotel that offers complimentary dinner, snacks, and adult beverages! There is an atmosphere of community and fellowship, and I know that's because of the staff and culture of the hotel."
