Very nice rooms with great views of the mountain (stayed in #503), parking included. Coffee and water in room was greatly appreciated. "STAY AWAY... It is just a house run by a women. They have no services what so ever. They don't even clean your villa. I had to request so many times to have my villa cleaned and they sent someone who did a very basic job without putting any toiliteries or towels. Linens were never changed and I stayed there for 5 nights. By the way, staff is also very grumpy. my advise is that choose a different property if you want your holiday to be enjoyable."

"the hotel is conveniently located in a walkable area and well designed. the staff is friendly. we ordered the hotel specifically since it had a spa. however, it did not operate in our 2 day stay and we were not informed in advance or during our stay. only when we asked we were told that it's in renovation. we asked if there was any arrangement with another hotel so we can use their facilities as a courtesy. the front desk manager tried to help and updated that we can visit a neighbor hotel sap...
