"We had an excellent stay at Porto Vecchio. The hotel itself is situated right in the old town about 2 streets back from the sea, in a pretty little corner on a lovely back street. As the old town is pedestrianised, we were dropped at the top of the main street by our taxi from the airport, 25 mins away, and had a short 5 min walk to the property. The reception is not manned at all times but someone was always at the end of the phone should you need any help and I believe, not far away either....

"A stunning and amazing hotel!! It exceeded all our expectations. We loved our room, the building, our breakfasts, the staff were lovely, very helpful with top customer service. Strongly recommend it for a short or long stay. It is centrally located in the Old Chania district, with shops, restaurants and the harbour around the corner. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Elisia for a memorable stay. "

"Giorgos was a great host and made our stay amazing! He was very responsive and checked in with us via message throughout our stay! The location of the property is in the heart of it all, making walking everywhere so easy! Giorgos provided us with many recommendations for food, villages and beaches and they did not disappoint! The place was very clean and was exactly as advertised! I would definitely stay here again :) "

"This small hotel is in an absolutely perfect location, right at the heart of the historical centre of Chania. There were absolutely no problems with the self-service check-in, and the room was absolutely lovely, with some quaint features and a welcome drink and sweets. Finding a parking space close enough to the hotel can be a problem, but the manager had made some good suggestions about parking options, so ultimately that did not prove to be a massive deal. "If I could give 10 stars, instead of just 5, I would! Eva, Nicos, and all the gals were so accommodating and amazingly helpful and generous. We got very spoiled by all of them, especially Eva! We stayed in the smallest room they have but it worked great. You have to be prepared going in that it is very small. Smaller than most US hotel rooms.
