"Overall, the stay was satisfactory, although there were a few aspects that affected the overall experience. The room was functional and adequately equipped, but showed some signs of wear. There were also a few areas where cleanliness and comfort could be improved. The service was generally straightforward. Overall, the stay only partially met my expectations."

"The air conditioning made an annoying noise that prevented a good night's sleep.
There was a lot of noise in the hallway—guests running around and talking loudly well into the night.
The staff—both at the front desk and at the poolside restaurant—were not friendly.
We went for breakfast a little past 9:00, but many of the dishes were empty."

"Belmond Hotel das Cataratas is in the best possible location for visiting Iguaçu Falls. The morning walk before the park opens alone makes the stay worthwhile, offering a peaceful and unforgettable experience. The sparkling wine and sunset were especially memorable, adding a wonderful touch to the trip. The food was very good, and the selection of special Brazilian wines was excellent. It was a truly great trip."
