The staff are responsive via text, reply quickly, and genuinely try their best to help with any questions or needs. The website description is accurate about the limited kitchen supplies — it’s basic, but sufficient for simple cooking. I do wish there had been an electric kettle, and it would be great if there were more proactive maintenance of small appliances (the toaster, for example). Overall, a pleasant and smooth experience. I'll stay here again if I'm going back to the area. Recommended!"
