"The hotel is not too far from the central areas of Hai Phong. It's a new hotel, and has 2 floors dedicated as a wedding hall. The staff were friendly and spoke a little English. The room was sparkling clean and white, everything is new. Nice big LG TV if you're into flipping around. Didn't use the kitchenette, but it came with all pots and pans if I needed it. Bathroom was clean and new, shower was hot and water pressure very high. My few gripes with the place: I'm 6 feet tall, and the bed...

"Great amenities everything you need Only thing was major construction everywhere and unfortunately the icon will not have a bay view in future as there is tons of new apartments homes hotels and a massive shopping mall being built in front and around the icon 40 building "

"Great service the people there are amazing organised my cruise, my bus and when i stupidly left my passport there they sent it to me on a bus so i wouldn’t miss my flight. I’ve traveled for three weeks in Vietnam and this is by far the best! Would recommend and if I go back to Ha long bay I will always choose to stay here! "
