"Roza Palace was a wonderful stay on Cat Ba Island. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even scheduling pick ups for transportation and restaurant reservations. Location in Cat Ba is also great. Highly recommend a stay here."

"Very clean room and extremely kind and helpful staff! They helped me book all my transportation and gave great recommendations."

"Very nice place, good area. Nice staff."

"Nice modern hotel with rooftop pool. The rooms were a little under furnished however. It’s set out like an apartment but no cooking pots or utensils. No plates or cutlery. "Very great for solo travelers who want a quiet night"

"Leider so schmutzig, dass wir das hotelzimmer nicht bezogen haben und weiter gereist sind. "
