Good staff, helpful and friendly. Parking also good. Unfortunately the property needs some updating - our apartment was tired and not particularly clean (every day cleaning ok but the windows, skirtings, floors etc not good. Only downside is we were charged for a breakfast and getting a credit for this is turning out to be long winded, emailed and no answer, phones and told it would be in our account within 10 working days and here we are almost a month later and still no credit so I have to phone again. "Major noise problem with open air night club “mayberries” playing extremely loud disco music from 8pm to 3.30 am. No sleep possible at all. Complained to front desk during the night but made no difference at all. Do not stay at this hotel if you intend to get some sleep !"
