"Nice close location for late night arrival, but if you grab a taxi or Uber, worth the drive to head a little further and stay wherever you want to start from the next day. We slept well and all was OK, but facilities are a little tired and the shuttle had limited capacity and had to do multiple trips to collect everyone needing to get to the motel. No handy brekky places near motel so if you miss booking brekky by 11pm night before, there are no walkable options for brekky next morning. Was a...

"The TV did not work. Paused all of the time making watching free to air TV unwatchable. All other things worked and were clean. Staff were excellent."

"check in was long and no signage to inform guests that you can self check in with the electronic kiosks, meal in the restaurant was horrible and refund provided, Mecure rooms are very noisy and hear everything and everyone in the walkways."

"2人で利用しましたが、部屋が狭くて2人分のトランクを広げる場所がありませんでした。 設備は清潔で、フロントの対応も良かったです。 しかしながら、部屋でお湯を沸かした際、電気ポットが壊れていたらしくグツグツと沸騰が止まらずスイッチからも蒸気がもれておりスイッチで止めようとして人差し指を火傷しました。主人が電源を抜いてようやく沸騰が止まリました。 その後フロントに状況を伝えてポットを交換してもらいましたが、交換に来たスタッフの方に指の水ぶくれを見せても、へえ?という顔をしただけで特にお詫びとかはありませんでした。日本のホテルだったら有り得ない対応だなと文化の違いを感じました。"

"The staff where absolutely amazing. The cabins are surprisingly quiet even being close to the airport. My only negative was that once the office closed at 4pm there was no way of booking a cabin for that night. I rang at 5.30pm and was told no one was available to supply me with a key. Over my stay I sighted other travelers turning around after 4pm, I have to assume it was because there was no one available to book them in."

"Was an enjoyable stay, breakfast was amazing and was included in our room rate. Only downside is we were charged for a breakfast and getting a credit for this is turning out to be long winded, emailed and no answer, phones and told it would be in our account within 10 working days and here we are almost a month later and still no credit so I have to phone again. I would expect more from The Hilton Hotel chain, other than that little hiccup I would definitely stay again."

"The hotel is central and close to shops, restaurants and pubs. It's also very close to the Esplanade which was lovely for an evening (or morning) stroll. Also nearby is the tourist information center. I had an enjoyable stay. "

"My husband arrived here and they couldn’t stay because it was terrible. He had to rebook at another place and now we are waiting for a refund through Expedia. A window was taped up with gaff. There was no parking onsite. There was rotted timber under the window."
