"I had a very disappointing experience at this Holiday Inn Express & Suites property. It was already 6:30 PM and our room was still not ready, which is completely unacceptable—especially when traveling with my pregnant wife who had to wait for hours in discomfort. What made things worse was the cleanliness. Once we finally got access, we noticed what looked like someone’s nail clipping on the sofa, clearly indicating the room was not properly cleaned or inspected before check-in. This is basic hygiene that should never be overlooked. As an IHG Hotels & Resorts member, I expected much better standards, but this experience showed poor management, lack of cleanliness, and no regard for guest comfort. I would not recommend staying here unless they seriously improve their housekeeping and check-in processes."

"Hopefully It was just off season but the restaurant hours were ridiculous. No complimentary coffee and the restaurant didn’t open until 8 am. They close again between each meal service as well. Rather disappointing when others offer coffee and water for a lesser rate."

"Our first impression of the room was very nice and neat clean, modern not bad smell. Second night we have a knock on our door at 11:30 PM. Apparently, the front desk dark skin guy with glasses said that our tv was too loud.We didn't realize it, but we turn it down.No problem. What we didn't like was his rude attitude. He need to work on his customers service attitude. The rest of the the employees who were friendly. I know they're not the swimming pool was empty.They have a very tiny gym. We did not have any breakfast.But the breakfast area looks neat and clean and modern. It's a whole tail is eleven minutes from the downtown which makes the location perfect. Overall, our experience was good minor the incident that night. "
