"The place was lovely and probably more so in the spring or in summer. We visited as we had business in town. The place was beautiful however location wise it is best suited for those with cars as there are no restaurants or shops nearby. Transportation is ok but bus intervals are usually 1hr apart. As for the bus stop it is right outside Dolce Vita but it's pitch black dark at night and dangerous so be careful. I would recommend you to rent a car when staying here."

Gallia Palace Hotel

8/10 Good

"Hotel has a relaxing vibe it did not feel like a 5 star property resort and not anything like a Palace. It was more of golf, county vibe, the hotel lobby needs a renovation, but the SPA was amazing. I enjoyed the steam, outdoor pool, relaxation room. The dining room was elegant and overall they tried to be as accommodating as possible. Breakfast was good. Their beach was amazing! One of the best parts of their property. They also had parking for our EV, and charging. They had a really well maintained tennis court too. The pool was nice, I did not go in but my partner did. He enjoyed it. This hotel is not located on the Beach or marina but they offer a shuttle to their private beach club and that works out amazingly well. I would recommend having your own vehicle to get around. The Beach club is all set up with guest given a private cabana, chairs, umbrella plush towels. Amazing pizza and salad bar, ristaurante for Lunch. Overall enjoyed my stay. I found the area to be beautiful and relaxing. I could have stayed longer. The only issue was upon my checkout, requesting things in advance and did not receive the bill the night before. I would stay in the property again and recommend."

"Great experience! We stayed in a new bungalow, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and AC! People were really nice, even though we do not speak Italian. Feel really secured (all gated access controlled by access cards). The gated beach is to die for. Great sand, shallow clear waters. Enjoyed evenings at our terrace, eating outside on the porch. Nothing to complain about, or maybe a more visible box to drop our access cards when leaving. Highly recommended!"

"Thank you very much for the complimentary room upgrade, thoughtful welcome gift, and exceptional service. Although we stayed for only one night, it left a lasting impression on us. We really enjoyed our clean, modern room, which is just steps away from the beach and offers easy access to the private shoreline. Falling asleep to the soothing sound of the waves at night made our stay even more relaxing and memorable. We especially loved the gorgeous restaurant, where we could fully enjoy the breathtaking sunset without any obstruction while savoring delicious food. The cuisine here is prepared using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, preserving the most authentic local flavors. Every course, from dinner to breakfast, was perfect. Without a doubt, it was the best stay and service experience of our three-week trip throughout Italy. We sincerely appreciate the hospitality shown by your team and will gladly recommend your resort to our family members and friends when they visit Italy. Thank you again for making our visit such a wonderful and memorable experience."
