"Very nice stay, immediate holiday feeling, friendly welcoming, staff takes good care of everything and owners are present all day. Nice swimming pool, cosy tiny houses (cottages) with all comfort. A few kilometres from Marina de Grossetto - to walk there makes rather sense when teh Bagno operation starts mid June. Good stay for relaxing and enjoying the very well done italian/tuscany meals in the evening, no need to go elsewhere for dinner. Taste the housewine - selfmade by owner!"

"Il plus sicuramente la pulizia della camera, veramente impeccabile, anche il bagno e la doccia davvero ottimi. Letto abbastanza comodo, forse il materasso potrebbe essere migliorato (si sentiva qualche molla). Colazione soddisfacente. Piscina bella, ma non ne abbiamo usufruito. La signora alla reception molto gentile, ma molto minimal, ci ha fatto vedere dov'era la camera, ma non ci ha dato indicazioni sugli orari della colazione od altro, anche se era tutto scritto poi sul foglio presente nella...

"Great setting on top of a 22 story building overlooking the water. Well situated in the best area to be in Follonica. Annoying blinking light from motion sensor (I think) in room keeping us up most of the night. Mai’s room blanket after the first night, why?? Not including breakfast as the cards were not honored at restaurant across the street. Frustrating check in process, does not speak English."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel was perfect, and we honestly have no complaints. What surprised us the most was the town itself. We expected it to be a quiet little fishing village on the coast, but after walking up into the beautiful historic center, we discovered a lively destination filled with charming streets, great restaurants, unique shops, and an amazing atmosphere. We only stayed one night, but after exploring the town, we wished we had planned to stay for several days. Castiglione della Pescaia was one of the biggest surprises of our trip, and we would absolutely stay here again."

"Lovely camping, very safe and clean! Calm if you choose to be, or active if you choose to be…. Activities organized for young and old… nice beach, sun beds for rent, or your own towel…. Easy to rent water equipment, reasonable prices in restaurants, good choice of cuisine, delicious and satisfying portion size…Camp stuff extremely friendly, helpful, welcoming, speak well English for Non-Italian speakers! Would recommend for young couples, families, elderly couples, singles… nice atmosphere! The bungalow Limo was very well equipped and enough room for 5. Overall to be highly recommended!"

"Thank you very much for the complimentary room upgrade, thoughtful welcome gift, and exceptional service. Although we stayed for only one night, it left a lasting impression on us. We really enjoyed our clean, modern room, which is just steps away from the beach and offers easy access to the private shoreline. Falling asleep to the soothing sound of the waves at night made our stay even more relaxing and memorable. We especially loved the gorgeous restaurant, where we could fully enjoy the breathtaking sunset without any obstruction while savoring delicious food. The cuisine here is prepared using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, preserving the most authentic local flavors. Every course, from dinner to breakfast, was perfect. Without a doubt, it was the best stay and service experience of our three-week trip throughout Italy. We sincerely appreciate the hospitality shown by your team and will gladly recommend your resort to our family members and friends when they visit Italy. "Great place to stay in a tiny village. Great old house - this is the opposite of a modern hotel. Big spacious rooms - very traditional. Breakfast was great continental with the lady who runs it sorting everything needed fresh pastries and great coffee. Bikes available for free, good wifi - free parking and Pizzeria La Corta opposite in the square - a great restaurant. Loved it - just a big old house run by a lovely lady!"
