"Let me start with the positives. We stayed in a room on the 3rd floor which had a lovely view over the beach, the room was large with a nice balcony. It was a good location being close to the city beach for a quick cool off and close to a number of nice restaurants.
Here’s the negatives we encountered. The air con was woeful. We were there in September and the system could not cope. My app showed it never went below 26 and it was HOT in that room. We spoke to two staff member’s who weren’t...

"Me gusto la ubicación! No me gusto que no reflejaran en la web que tiene parking limitado para solo 6 coches y en los alrededores sea difícil aparcar, solo aparcamos en el parking dos veces. Que no reflejarán en la web que no tiene ascensor y tampoco en lounge bar que pone que tiene. La verdad decepcionante!!!!!!!"

"I stayed for nine nights, and everything was perfect. The front desk staff were outstanding, housekeeping always adapted to our needs, and the room facilities were excellent. I especially appreciated that the air conditioning could be adjusted precisely to our preferred temperature, which is surprisingly uncommon.
The entire team was consistently attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome throughout our stay.
