Fantastic hotel and staff. Local transport a pain
Stayed here with a friend during the Benicassim FIB festival. The hotel itself is very nice - newly refurbished and very modern and clean looking. The rooms are spacious and there is a water dispenser on each level near the lift which is helpful. As other reviews have said, there is no door to the bathroom area - so just be aware of that. If you stay in the other side of the room it's impossible to see the other person so in theory it's OK. Interestingly, the mirror near the entrance to the room allows you to see into the bathroom mirror and, in theory see someone in the shower... Beds were nice and comfy and the sea view is worth the extra in my opinion as you can sit and watch the world go by outside (although the slightly old looking hotel opposite does spoil the view somewhat). The aircon works well and the rooms have good blackout blinds to keep it dark when trying to sleep. I never noticed any sound from other rooms which is good. One thing to note is the public transport in this area is very poor. We were expecting to be able to rent bikes (or a car) directly from the hotel (as per their official website) but you can't. There is even a bike rental stand outside the hotel but you need to be a Spanish resident to register on the app. There is a bus stop a short 2 min walk from the hotel but the buses don't run very late sadly. All hotel staff were very helpful & polite and helped us book taxis where required. Taxis in the area are limited though so book in advance!

A mi llegada 21:30h en la habitación aunque estaba preparada, no había ninguna toalla (ni de ducha, ni de manos, etc...). Se les había olvidado al preparar la habitación. Wifi muy inestable. Literalmente cada 5 min se desconectaba por lo que es imposible trabajar conectado. Finalmente utilicé mi móvil como router ya que es imposible realizar video-conferencias o trabajar en la nube. A las 12:30 de la noche cambiaron el generador de electricidad del hotel, por lo que se encendieron las luces de emergencia de la habitación iluminando completamente la habitación; estuvimos así más de 25 minutos y a esas horas, para tener un descanso tranquilo no es la mejor opción...

Buena, però que los baños no tengas puerta me incomodó muchisimo. No lo jago en abierto ni con mi mujer, imaginate con amigos. Haces de vientre y todo queda visto y las pestes en la habitacion. Es muy desagradable.

L’hôtel est bien tenu le nettoyage de la chambre est correcte. À part peut-être certains petits détails la nourriture!!Après deux jours reste toujours le même style !!! pour des gens qui aime le calme. L’endroit est parfait. Pas de Rue anime il faut soit prendre le bus ou louer une voiture Pour visiter!!! le gros bémol à mon goût, personne ne parle français à la réception. Ce qui de nos jours n’est pas tout à fait correct.

La habitación supuestamente familiar, tres adultos ( uno de 13 años) y niña de 11años era en realidad una habitación doble con dos camas dobles, para dormir los cuatro bastante apretados. Cuando llegamos solo había toallas para dos. La animación del hotel está programada pero los animadores no la realizan. Si les preguntas te remiten al cartel informativo. Las instalaciones nuevas y la comida muy bien. Ubicación muy buena al lado de la playa.
