"This is my go to hotel when I am in Woodland Hills. Keep in mind, valet can take a very long time, and they do not have any food during the day. Restaurant is closed between breakfast and dinner."

"When the toilet overflowed I had to go down to the front desk and get a plunger and fix it myself. They said no one was there to help, but there was a man and woman at the front desk when I went down there. It took about 20 minutes to fix the toilet by myself."
