"Very nice and unique accommodation. Very comfortable. Elena and staff very friendly and helpful. Superb restaurant extremely well decorated and wonderful food. Meal was reasonably priced. Great Italian breakfast. Beautiful surroundings. Mountain town of Scarlino very interesting with fortress on top. Lots of history. Didn't use pool as we didn't stay long enough and it was October."

"There is only street parking and you may have to pay if you don’t luck out and find free parking. You walk with your luggage to the apartment, we struggled to find the front door. No elevator so you have to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs. The room is small, but very comfortable and clean. "

"Ho alloggiato nella struttura per soli 2 giorni, ma la gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari è stata evidente ancora prima del mio arrivo. Il bilocale è molto carino ed arredato con gusto, ed ogni cosa ha il giusto posto. Presenta un bagno spazioso con una doccia di buone dimensioni. Porto con me un bel ricordo di questa esperienza. "The hotel is situated in a rural location, although there are factories there to. We were very kindly given a room upgrade which was very nice as we stayed with them last year. The room was spacious, well equipped, very comfortable bed and included a kitchen which was very nice to have the use of. All staff were very friendly, helpful and we made as much effort to speak a little Italian, to which I am sure they appreciated. A good location to stay. Ten minutes to the local beach which was nice...
