RiverRock Inn & Conference Centre
The room was nice as were the staff. I was there for two nights and after going out for the day I came back to find that my room wasn’t made up. Bed was unmade, towels I used weren’t picked up and replaced. When I checked out this morning the receptionist didn’t ask me how my stay was

Les Suites Hotel Ottawa
We checked in to find out there was no parking at the hotel. Had to use a different lot which was beside the hotel but also substantially more expensive. Elevators take forever Being on the 4th floor, we could here this bar that played all night. And was later told by the front desk unless you're ...
