Confusion.
The hotel did not have our reservation even though we had a confirmation number. They eventually did give us a room however and we had a wonderful time

Woman running place quite good. The man who i presume was her husband was not a people person. Never smiled did nt like how he spoke to guests and was stood smoking next to us whilst we had our breakfast.

Very pleasant stay. Quiet area. Perfect for relaxa
Very clean. Spacious rooms. Really good experience. The only thing I would improve would be the breakfast. Was only sweet food. But probably is more italian like this

Great little hotel, lovely helpful staff.
This hotel was in the perfect location for our overnight stay en route from Northern France to Perugia. The rooms were large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The complimentary breakfast was basic, but very l. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Hotel nicht weit weg von der Autobahn mit großem Parkplatz im Innenhof. Sehr schöne saubere Zimmer. Sogar ein kleines Frühstück ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Albergo gradevole lontano dal traffico e con un bel verde intorno. Interni molto ben curati e anche le camere. La nostra camera doppia era spaziosa, aveva TV, frigobar (vuoto), climatizzatore, WIFI e bagno con sanitari e rubinetteria moderna e comodo box doccia. Decisamente un buon rapporto qualità prezzo se non fosse per la colazione, scarsa di qualità e di quantità, prodotti industriali preconfezionati e caffé del distributore automatico. Avrei preferito spendere 5/10 Euro in più e avere una colazione migliore.

Hotel étape parfait pour un séjour en Italie. A quelques kilomètres de l'autoroute, parking protégé, chambre propre avec clim, personnel très honnête. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Wir hatten dieses Hotel als Zwischenstation auf unserer Urlaubseise in die Toskana genutzt. Sowohl bei der An- und auch wieder bei der Heimreise. Obwohl wir unsere Anreise zeitlich sehr großzügig gestaltet haben, konnten wir nicht bis 20.30 Uhr einchecken, die Verkehrslage war an diesem Tag zu extrem. Ich hatte mich dann am Anreisetag gegen 20 Uhr telefonisch im Hotel gemeldet, daß wir ca eine halbe Stunde später kommen. Das war kein Problem, die Mitarbeiterin wartete auf uns. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür! Das Telefonat war auf englisch möglich. Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber hellhörig. Auf dem Balkon ist ein kleiner Tisch und Stühle. Es ist ein Kühlschrank da, ein Flachbild TV, WIFI funktioniert sehr gut. Das Badezimmer ist top sauber. Das Frühstück ist eher spärlich, aber es ist ok. Kaffee aus dem Automat, Weißbrot, Butter, Marmelade, Joghurtbecher und Gebäck sind da. Wer glutenfreies Brot benötigt, muß sich dies allerdings selbst mitbringen. Also, sauber und sehr freudliches Personal, ich würde wieder in diesem Hotel einchecken.

Nettes kleines Hotel
Die Betreiber dieses kleinen Hotels sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Problem und es wurde uns sehr unkompliziert geholfen! Zur Durchreise auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen, und ich könnte mir auch vorstellen dort ein paar Tage zu verbringen, um z.B. zum Comer See zu gehen.

Hotel grazioso, pulito, economico ed accogliente
L' Hotel si trova in un posto tranquillo e bellissimo. Ha il vantaggio di avere il posto Auto chiuso e sorvegliato. La camera è stata accogliente e pulitissima. La titolare gentile e disponibile.. Ha aspettato che arrivassimo anche oltre l' orario previsto per il Check in ed è molto flessibile anche sul metodo di pagamento. Per noi una scoperta che du sicuro sfrutteremo anche in futuro.
Grazie mille signor Fabio che a apprezatto il nostro lavoro . Speriamo di riuscire sempre a soddisfare le sue richieste nelle occasioni future di soggiorno che si presenteranno. Un caro saluto,Mirela

visto che per lavoro tutte le settimane siamo in un albergo diverso ,devo dire che la stanza ampia e confortevole,finalmente un materasso in cui si riposa veramente ,asciugamani e telo bagno in spugna ,acqua calda a volontà,parcheggio interno molto ampio e chiuso da cancello elettrico,personale alla reception cordiale e disponibile,posto molto tranquillo.Ovvio che per chi ha vita notturna e/o vuole divertirsi alla sera rimane decentrato rispetto alla citta.

6 nuits réparatrices
Nous sommes restés 6 nuits. Situé à10 km du lac de Côme et à moins d'une heure de Milan. Donc très pratique pour rayonner. De plus, la chambre équipée d'un réfrigérateur, nous a permis de nous faire des petits repas froids sur le balcon, lui- meme équipé d'une table et de chaises. Chambre très spacieuse et très calme. La personne responsable est très sympathique. Seul bémol, la qualité médiocre du petit déjeuner. Sinon je recommande très sincèrement cet hôtel.

Schoon, mooi in rustig gebied
Een hele fijne lokatie, erg rustig en een paar km van de toeristische plek Como. Hotel was erg schoon. Fijne airconditioning, grote kamers en de bedden lagen goed. Personeel erg vriendelijk en het ontbijt is voor Italiaanse begrippen erg goed. Verse croissants en andere bolletjes van de lokale bakker. En een fijne collectie van andere kleine dingetjes. Parkeren binnen de hekken van het hotel. Erg fijn en zeker goed aan te bevelen.

Nobody was at the hotel when I arrived. Nobody picked-up the phone that was available in case nobody was there. After 20 minutes I found 2 keys in the mailbox. During the night somebody was trying to enter my room several times. The day after I came out that I was in the wrong room. The keys where not labeled. The room was very hot and breakfast was poor.

The appartement was really nice, a lot of space.
From here you can visited all the great places like Florence, Pisa, Luca, Sienna etc. The appartement was great, everything was available.

Vistelsen var helt ok. MEN i vår bokning så skulle det ingå frukost MEN på priset som vi fick från hotels.com i bekräftelsen stämde inte... Hotellet la på betalning för frukost som vi inte fick besked om i bokningen. Frukosten var under all kritik och inte värd att betala för....
