We asked if another room was available but she said that because we reserved through Expedia she couldn’t switch our room. Didn’t make much sense. "The fire alarm went off the night we stayed because someone was smoking in their room. They let us back in after a little bit we finally got settled into bed around 11pm and they went off again (to reset the system which would have been nice if they called the rooms to let people know it was going to go off again) Since we didn't know that my kids woke back up scared. The redeeming quality in all this experience was the Overnight manager. She was very calm and kind and settled us all down...
