Hotel Pantai di Pantai Cascais

"Mooie plek van het hotel direct aan zee. Vier sterren is zeer overgewaardeerd voor mij heeft het hotel zijn beste tijd gehad en is zeer aan een update toe. Bijna 200€ voor een nacht is het niet waard. Ontbijt goed , personeel behulpzaam maar niet informatief ,minibar op de kamer leeg zelfs geen gratis flesje water, Al met al geen vier sterren waard!"

"I’m not sure how this hotel would be considered 5 star. There are absolutely no amenities... pool, gym, valet etc. I’d say solid 3 star. The restaurant server was very rude to us. Our room smelled like well water and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever seen in any hotel. "The staff Cornelia, Julia and Maria were all so amazing and helpful. The house is located in a quiet luxurious neighbourhood requiring a walk up a hill. The premises are very cozy and welcoming promoting relaxation with many lounge areas and a pool. The included breakfast was fresh and delicious and a highlight. "Poor reception and racist treatment. Room housekeeping not done since morning when return to room at 3pm. Call reception , operator many times no answer. Decided to go downstairs to enquire there whilst was speaking to another staff another staff abruptly say housekeeping is still 6pm rudely. And after that she just turned and totally ignore any conversation. Totally rude and was all smile with another client totally ignoring. Overall service across been poor"
