"The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the room was excellent. The breakfast was delicious. The one complaint I have is regarding the check out process, they asked if we took anything out of the mini bar and once I told the front desk what we took they had to send someone out to the room to verify, after making us wait for several minutes they still asked me to tell them what we took from the minibar. This delayed our checkout time and in my opinion was excessive considering that our credit card...

"On arrival we were upgraded to a beautiful executive suite with access to the executive lounge. The suite was stunning and gave us plenty of space and comfort. Upon visiting the executive lounge, we were greeted by Naseem who waited on us for the next 2 nights. He was very friendly and accommodating and definitely made our stay at the hotel more comfortable. The breakfasts at the hotel were amazing - loads of choice and well presented. "
