We were in Casablanca for one night. It is a very clean nice place , close to many attractions. They have a parking , we had a rental car . The staff was very friendly . I think the owner or the manager was there . He tried very hard to address. All our needs

Located at the center of Casa, quiet and convenient, few steps to the Metro Station. I stayed in a room good for one person only, would be crowded if more than one.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to support and make your stay safe and easy. Mr Ridwan in the front desk is an outstanding manager . He provides all the services and help, both, inside the hotel and guidance to the outside as well. The other staff are also very friendly.

Door locks to room and bathroom aren’t good. Difficult to open and close easily. Pillow case was stained. Poor ventilation and smell coz A/C not good. Not comfortable. But good things are - Bathroom is ok. Also hotel staff r fantastic. They helped with our laundry and also getting us on tram this morning.

It was an amazing experience staff very friendly and helpful very central place most of the iconic places are walking distance only mosque hassan.2 was 2.5 kilometers Which is on the sea shore and next to it they have developed the beach

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was more spacious than expected. I would have liked to have a water kettle and/or a way to get bottled water on site. We kept the window open for temperature control, and we could hear people talking and cats howling all night. The second night, we closed the window, and it was a bit better. Would stay again!

Great Value Hotel!
This is a great value hotel. It is not very expensive, but provides a very clean room in a great location. That is all I needed traveling solo and staying in Casablanca. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent for a 2-star hotel, clean, comfortable, super location in such a big city, great value for money, and (!) fabulous staff!!! My wife and I are very grateful to the Manager for his kindness and helpfulness, and also the rest of the staff was exquisitly kind. 100% recommended.

Disappointing.
Very basic hotel, very basic room with basic amenities. Came down to have breakfast on the first morning to be told there's no breakfast being served as they had no bread. Anyway, eventually, the boy went out and bought some bread from a local shop, so I had a very average breakfast eventually. This hotel would be OK for a one night stay only.

Elevator is tiny but met our need to avoid carrying luggage up stairs. Staff are extremely pleasant and accommodating. Room was small but not cramped. Shower door needed repair... It collides with bathroom door if you don't manage to close it fully. Breakfast was better than expected: included eggs made to order!

Perfect little Casablanca hotel
We loved this hotel so much, we stayed in it again the next time we landed in Casablanca. Super professional and caring service, great central location near the main train station to Marrakech, found an awesome restaurant nearby, and most important of all, we slept very comfortably and peacefully in the room. Hats off to making our stay very pleasant and comfortable - twice now!

I enjoyed my accomodation; however I don't think I should have to request housekeeping if it is a hotel service. I was disturbed to have someone chasing me down the street to pay a tax when I had already checked out after three nights. This should have been accomplished at check in.

The staff were helpful. I was not expecting much amenities for this price point. Lots of noise were coming inside the hotel from outside. I had to change the first room but the situation did not improve. Some kind of motor went on all night long outside my room. I was not able to sleep. Single beds are too small even for a small person like me. Well, you get what you pay for. Given the choice, i would not stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent hotel
The hotel is amazing. This is a two star but could easily be mistaken for four star. The staff is very friendly and pride themselves on the service they provide. There is parking outside the hotel and security on site. We had two rooms and these were both spotless. The bedding is high quality Egyptian cotton and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are very clean. The only thing I would say is that it is better to choose a room away from the street as it can be a bit noisy.

This hotel is a gem! Great location close to the tram and walkable to many things, biut in a quiet street with friendly neighbors. Clean with good restaurants nearby, as well. But the staff is what makes this hotel really special. They are welcoming, kind, and so helpful. They went out of their way to make me feel safe and at home, which is a treat when you are traveling alone. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Casblanca!!
