"A beautiful property in the heart of Tempe. We chose it because it was close to our daughter’s home, but also within walking distance of restaurants. The best hotel shower I’ve had (I dislike bathtubs) with a wonderful sage and lavender shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The staff was helpful and time we had a question. The only negative was the road noise — loud car engines and motorcycles on University Street —outside our 4th floor window. Not the hotel’s fault. But if you are sensitive...

"The stay was great. If you are looking to travel to tempe and want the comfort and access to things you would have at home like laundry and a kitchen this is a great choice. The place was clean and check in and out process was easy. The only issue is the parking, but honestly is seems like parking in Tempe in general is very confusing. Most of the street parking near the studio was 2 hour parking, there was a parking structure right across the street from the studio that says no overnight...

"My wife and I, along with our dog had a lovely stay in Tempe at Hyatt Place. Great location, clean, nice room, great bar and breakfast. We will return."

"We had an "accessible" room. The bed was so high that this 5' woman needed to borrow a stepladder to get into it. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Don't expect much for breakfast - it's a "Starbucks" but food options are limited and not very good."

"I have learned a valuable lesson not to listen to what Expedia has listed as amenities and how close things are to the place I am choosing to stay. Expedia said airport shuttle but if you go onto hotel site it states unavailable (only for pilots/airline assistants), also kitchenette and site says mini frig/microwave (reality was the worlds smallest mini frig and the microwave is 1 at the end of each hall to be shared by all guests), also coffee some days there might be coffee put out for guests...
