The access to the hotel was blocked and we were not informed in advance. We had to call the hotel after trying to get there for over an hour. Then they sent us written instructions through email. "This has got to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. When we arrived we were directed to a screen outside the hotel to self check in - even though there were two staff on reception. When I complained I was checked in by a member of staff. We had our two dogs with us and access was not easy as there are a lot of dark corridors where the lights are on sensors but do not come on early enough. Because of this I tripped over my dogs lead on the stairs and cut my face"
